Actions: 1 through hands, 2 through weapons.
Description: David just says, "Charge!" and electricity starts noticeably starts flowing through his hands and into his weapons if he's holding them. Wherever he hits his opponent's body, it gives that place a paralyzed effect for that spot for one of their turns. It does 1 damage on it's own of Electrical damage.
Drawbacks: It's a short range move, and he has to actually physically touch/hit his opponent with his hands or weapons. It lasts 1 turn.

Name: False Lightning Spear
Rank: C
Range: Long - Up to 100 meters
Type: Magic
Sub-type: Electric Strike
Notation: Secret Skill
Actions: 1
Description: David simply fires the Lightning Spear by saying "False Spear!" straight from the front part of his hair, shooting in the direction he is looking. It also can change directions and go to the closest enemy wielding metal weapons, or metal armor. It moves at the 10 speed + half David's speed. It literally looks like spear of lightning when shot. Since it is pure electricity, when it hits his opponent, it'll do 6 damage and screw around their nervous system causing them to only be able to use half their strength, dexterity, and speed.
Drawbacks: It fires in a straight line, and can be dodged if the opponent isn't wearing metal. The damage will be cut in half if the opponent is grounded by stabbing the weapon into the ground, or have their metal weapon stabbed into the ground and not holding it to draw the electricity to it to avoid damage completely. If they, for example, stab their weapon into the ground and holding it, and the attack hits them, they only get half damage, and no de-buff effect. If they stab the ground with their metal weapon and let go, it will draw the lightning and ground it, leaving them unharmed.

Description: This technique allows electricity to flow through David's eyes causing him to become blind from the over exertion of the electrical signals from his eyes to his brain. When this happens as a side effect his eyes will change to a golden color similar to how his eyes looked when he was a dragon.
Effects:
Even though he becomes blind from the over exertion of the electrical activity in his eyes he can develops the ability to see on an entirely different spectrum from light. He is now capable of seeing the electrical auras that are emitted from every living thing. When seeing the auras it will appear as almost like a smoke shaped figure as some of the electrical aura is dispersed in the air. Now with it over exerting his eyes he is only capable of seeing up to 7 meters.

The colors of Auras he sees depends on their race giving off its own unique colors, but on some rare occasions there are creatures that are considered to be true hybrids where they contain more than one aura. To see the separate auras David has to have a wisdom that is equal to both the levels of wisdom required to see them. The Phenomenon of seeing the two color auras are that half of them are one color, and the other half the other color if one can see them both if not the one needing the lowest amount of wisdom can be seen.

Fallen Angels: Black (Requires 9 Wisdom)

Now living beings like plants and such give off a very low yellowish coloring unlike everything else.

The ability lasts for up too 2 posts, and to activate it, David has to close his eyes and say "Eyes of the Lightning Dragon" and electricity will flow through his eyes making them turn that golden color, allowing him to see the auras. These golden eyes are what his eyes looked like in color while he was still a dragon. Now to stop the electrical signals before the two posts are up is he closes his eyes and says "Return." Once it is over his eyes will return back to their normal color.

David is able to move around thanks to his ability to recall everything he has seen. Even though he is able to do such things he can only use this ability to a certain extent depending on his Intelligence.The chart below shows how many actions he can make during a single post while he is blind.

High Density: Level 11 - 15
Very High Density: Level 16 and Higher

Drawbacks: He can only see the Auras of people in the direction he is looking, not behind him, below him, nor above him. Another is, people can literally feel his stare as he looks at people and can unintentionally give people an uncomfortable feeling if they look at him and see his golden eyes as he looks at them. And he has to see the person directly, he can't see objects such as walls or doors, but he can see through glass. While his eyes are a golden color he no longer can see anything, but the auras of living things. Auras only give of a smokey representation of the living beings. Once the eyes have returned back to normal David will be blind for one post afterwards so that his eyes can regain its true sight once again.

This is the initial Pact Seal for inanimate objects; this seal is needed to be on the inanimate object to utilize any pact magic spell on any inanimate object. This Spell burns a seal into the inanimate object creating a link between the person and the object. With the Seal in place one can now cast any pact spell directly on the object.
Process: The user must touch the object and in that moment a seal will be burned into the object creating the link between the object and the user of the spell.
Effects: The only thing the spell does is create a link between the object and the user of the spell. In consequence the user will always know where the object is from the link the user and the object now shares.

Pact Seal Summoning, Inanimate Object:
Name: Pact Seal Summoning, Inanimate Object

Description:
Initial Imbuing: The user must touch the initial seal imbuing it with the ability to absorb elements costing the user a C-rank of energy for the initial imbuing. To imbue the seal with the elemental nullification it costs a single action to do so.
Once Imbued: Once an element makes contact with the object with the pact seal on it will begin to absorb all of the element; in doing so will nullify all the elements damage that would normally be applied. This action is automatic at this point becoming a free action.

Once imbued the object will absorb any elemental damage automatically draining the user after every use an E-rank amount of energy. The user cannot select when it absorbs the element so it does it automatically no matter what unless the user does not have sufficient amount of energy to use said ability.

Description:
This is the initial pact seal for living beings; this seal is needed to be on the living being to utilize pact magic spell on any living being. With the Seal in place one can now cast any pact spell directly on the object.
Process: The user must touch the living being and the living being must be in agreement for the seal to attach itself to the living being. The moment the living being agrees to the pact seal a seal will be inscribed on to the living being as if a tattoo was on the living being; creating a link between the living being and the user of the spell.
Effects: The only thing this spell does is create the link between the living being and the user of the spell. In consequence the user will always know where the living being is; as well as being able to sense the living beings feelings, emotions, and actions and because of that link the user is now able to talk to the living being telepathically. If the living being dies their personal seal that once linked the user and the one with that took the pact will be inscribed on to the user forever linking their souls together forever.

Once Mastered: Once this the pact seal is Mastered the user can use the living beings Unique Abilities as his own for ten posts. If he drains uses a C-rank amount of energy to use the unique ability.

Once Grand Mastered: Once this pact seal is Grand Mastered the user can now use any technique the living being can use even if it requires a different type of energy to use the technique. If it does require an energy that the user cannot use it will just drain from his normal energy pool. If it does require a different energy than the user has then it will drain an extra E-rank of energy as well.

Drawbacks:
With such a powerful link created between two living beings if the living being gets injured so does the user from the link; meaning for every 2 point of damage the living being takes the user takes 1 point of damage. In consequence the user falls risk to dying if the living being they are linked to takes so much damage and the user cannot take the same amount of damage.

Lightning Step:
Name: Lightning Step
Rank: E
Range: Personal
Type: Physical
Sub-type: Enhanced Speed
Notation: Secret Skill
Actions: 1
Description: This technique allows David increase his running speed, pushing his body to the physical limits. This skill is obvious it's use as electricity flows out from the back of his legs as he runs, making it like a trail of electricity. But the cost of this is the increased use of his own Physical Energy which would drain twice as fast that it would if he was running full speed normally.
Process: While he is running, it doesn't matter what speed he is going, he says "Lightning Step" and electricity flows through his legs, invigorating his muscles and increasing his thought to movement time for his legs, allowing him to immediately bring his speed up to 125%. But it will drain his physical energy by 10 instead of 5 and this skill lasts 2 turns.

Once Mastered: Once Mastered, he is able to run at 150% speed instead of 125% with the same 10 point energy drain as before, but when it is finished, he is able to use 50% of his speed during the two post cool down instead of 25%.

Once Grand Mastered: Once Grand Mastered, he is able to now run at 200% speed with the 10 point energy drain as before, but when it is finished, he is able to use 75% of his running speed during the two post cool down instead of 50%.

Drawbacks: Normally when running full speed, he loses only 5 Physical Energy per post. But, because of the strain this technique does, he uses double the amount per post while using this skill, plus the cost of using the the technique. After the use of the technique, he is only able to run at maximum of 25% of his speed as it isn't draining on his body for 2 posts.
