Techniques
All techniques must be registered for before they can be purchased and used. Below shows how you will need to register for them. All techniques only need two staff members to approve them.

Name: Name of the Technique.
Rank: (E-SS)
Range: (Short, Mid, Long, or Between)(Max distance in Meters)
Type: (Magic, Chakra, Physical, Spirit, or Ki)
Sub-type: (Ice Magic, Ki Blast, etc)
Notation: (Open, Learn, or Secret Skill)
Actions: (Number of actions need to use the technique.)
Description: (Describe the process of the Technique. Not all Techniques require many actions to perform like physical techniques which are normally the fastest of all techniques that can require as just one action to perform. Techniques can involve weapons, specific items, etc. Also describe what it may look like and what it actually does.)
Technique Mastery:
Novice: (Technique description once the technique is purchased)
Beginner: (Technique description once purchased Beginner Rank Mastery)
Basic: (Technique description once purchased Basic Rank Mastery)
Amatuer: (Technique description once purchased Amatuer Rank Mastery)
Intermediate: (Technique description once purchased Intermediate Rank Mastery)
Skilled: (Technique description once purchased Skilled Rank Mastery)
Advanced: (Technique description once purchased Advanced Rank Mastery)
Professional: (Technique description once purchased Professional Rank Mastery)
Expert: (Technique description once purchased Expert Rank Mastery)
Master: (Technique description once purchased Master Rank Mastery)
Grand Master: (Technique description once purchased Grand Master Rank Mastery)
Drawbacks: (List all drawbacks if any.)

When registering for your techniques make sure to make your own topic inside the "Technique Registration" Forum with the characters name and stating its your technique for example, "Kon's Techniques" and just make sure to post every technique you want in that topic.
